-sweet
-junk food
-fizzy drinks
-snaks

 SPORTS:

-Sport helps you to have a healthy life
-It helps you to be good everyday.
-It's good for you heart
-The sport help you for to be more strong

DISORDERS:

For been healthy we must have an alimentary variety and sleep the hours needed and do sports every day
